How long to wait for a bot acc to be safe again?

One of my bots will reach paragon lvl 100 soon and i was going to stop botting on that one and make it my main account for manual play.

How long should i wait before i put rmah/expensive shit on it ?

I was thinking about something between 2 weeks and 1 month.

Btw, is it safe to have 2 plvl 100 chars on a single acc? My barb hit plvl 100 two weeks ago, I'm botting on my wiz right now, and she's 52 atm. Should I stop botting with her?

If apparently the account looks legit, moderate elite kills and gold collected, then why not to sell it for real money. While all the logs are on blizz servers, you can never be 100% sure and safe as long the account was used for botting.

Ofcause every answer would be a guess unless we knew blizzards banning strategy.

If there is anyone here with a direct answer, he is just fooling himself or trolling. Nobody can say for certain, your account might have been flagged weeks ago if not more, and the ban could come as easily as tomorrow or in 2 months from the flag...
