How long time do you recommend botting per day?

Hey guys, how long time would you say it's safest to bot for per day? Also are you taking breaks in between some sessions?

Leveling I go 24/7. Gold farming of any kind I'll go between 8-12 and change it up a couple of times a day.

Lol by farming Herbs / ores 24/7 is instant ban, I'm not that stupid
I've been banned a few times, so it's not like I will bot 24/7

Unless you guys have another money making method that is safer and same or better than farming herbs and ores

I have been using public profiles for years - 3 accounts, 12-18 hours a day farming on each one. Never even seen a warning.
