How long should you run a Bot ?

been running a few bots but end up getting banned around lvl 20-26 so just want to know whats the best method would like to get to lvl32

not really "safe" to bot atm, everyone is gettting banned. You should check the pokefarmer discord. With keeping that in mind I have had some success in running a max of 10 minutes per session, although I mostly use it to farm a nest, get everything that spawns then close the bot. Again your call.

check those accounts in 2 - 4 weeks, you should be able to log in again
