How long from 1-80?

So I'm thinking about picking up this program, I have a 85 paladin that I'm really unsatisfied with, and don't have the time to relevel 1-85. I'm just curious how long it generally takes to level from 1-80 using HB? I plan on making a gnome warrior if it makes any difference.

I am an ex-glider, so I was really intrigued when I found this site, but it is a bit more costly than I remember glider being, can anyone attest to it's worth? I simply don't have the time to play and grind in WoW as I used to, and it sucks being gimp :P
 
Also curious if I need to keep the client in the main window when I'm using HB, or if I can do other tasks on the computer while botting.
 
It all depends on what mode you use .... also you can gain exp with gathering skills so many players my self included have leveled from mining/herbing

I'm a lifer and I highly suggest you buy this program asap you will be glad you did!
 
You can do other tasks, just wow has to be up as a window, easily fixed by really shrinking the window and ignoring it. Also, I suggest getting the one year plan unless you are buying this with friends or plan to bot additional accounts. It is costly but it is the best bot out there atm, hope this helped. Also gatherbuddy is focused window, and honorbuddy is not. So with honorbuddy you can use facebook, but gatherbuddy is something you do while you rather not be using the computer.
 
I leveled a dwarf warlock from 1-85 in about a week and a half or two weeks with just using grinding profiles (killing mobs only). No pvp or anything.
 
It depends if you plan on doing quests/grind etc.. I'm not gonna lie and say everything is smooth, HB do need its fair share of babysitting, espesially when running quest profiles.
But its getting better and better, and im sure in a few weeks we will have even more profiles to toy with.

Client does not have to be in the main window, you can do other stuff while botting.
Tho i do believe for maximum performance, its not recomended to minimize the client, just let it run in windowed mode in the background.

I'm not sure if I wanna do lifetime or 1 year... I'm just afraid if I do lifetime it will be short lived like glider.

So if I were to level by hand/questing from 1-85 it would be faster than just grinding, though? Also, are all programs like the Archaelogy Buddy, PvP farming, profession/gathering all included in the purchase?
 
Geh, wish I could edit my posts.. also wondering how difficult it is to set this up? Do I need to do the walking for a 1-80 leveling and change grinding spots, or does it do all the work?
 
It all depends on how well written the profile is, HB itself does not come with any premade profiles in the package, its all made by the community and released here on the forums.

EDIT: Currently im quest-botting a Human Warrior - lvl 28 now, and only had a few minor hiccups, and this profile worked from start, ie: create character - press start - ??? - profit :]

How long has it been since you started HB for that character? I'm almost considering just hand leveling if it's significantly faster since I'm already behind on the expansion.
 
I honestly dont remember when i started this particular character, but i'm not running only one.. since i'm fairly new to wow.. i like to try different classes and have botted up a few to like 40
I dont think its much faster than hand leveling.. its more like i get time to do other stuff than play video games.. and that worth every penny imo.
 
9 days on my druid, 1-60 profiles mixed mode with BG's
 
Unless you absolutely have no life and nothing but time to dedicate to a new toon and hand leveling it, you CANNOT beat this bot...I'm a lifetime user and run it daily...If you choose a 1-60 profile and set the bot preferences to learn skills etc....All you have to do is peek in on it every now and then...I can start a new hunter and have it to level 30 by tomorrow evening....Again, it depends on your class preference....I can take a lock, pally, or a hunter and it flies, whereas if I get a priest, or rogue, its doable, but slower.....I currently have Aiobot also....Also ran glider in the day...You cant, and wont beat this bot....NUFF SAID

So i'm unclear still.. is gatherbuddy included in my purchase of the honorbuddy?? And how about the other stuff like instancebuddy?
 
Gatherbuddy is a different program..

All other stuffs like profiles, custom classes, instancebuddy and other useful plugins can all be found on this forums.
We really need a GOOD guide on which plugins that are useful in what situation.. its all just a big mess i'm afraid :)

It depends what you mean. The main point of honorbuddy and botting in general is to be afk. Using this bot you will most likely have a horrible /played time but still get there faster than hand leveling because you can run it while you are doing other things.

Thanks, I've just started it and it's as pain free as promised.

So this isn't a program that can harvest and level at the same time?
 
The bot can actually gather and skin while leveling....But honorbuddy isnt a specialized profession bot.....Just as gatherbuddy doesnt respond well in a combat situation, hence the reason they are 2 seperate programs......

I started 3 char's on the 12th of Dec. They all hit 85 today. Although I do admit I was lucky and had the advantage of an AB weekend and AV weekend, but I was also out of town for a week. I botted for 8 hours a day just to play it safe. For the most part used a grind profile.

Being you already have a paladin you have the advantage of buying bags and heirloom items to help with xp. Also if you are in a guild that you trust throw your bots in there for the xp bonuses from the guild. Overall, depending on how hard you push should only take you 2-3 weeks.

Alot of it depends on the quality of the CC, I have not tried the warrior CC so I am not really sure.

I bought lifetime 5-6 months ago and overall was a good purchase. If you are only trying to level 1 character and be done with HB then I would stick with a cheaper plan.
