How long do you wait after botting to log in on your phone?

Personally I Have been botting locally where I would normally bot in the town center but the EXP is good but not super fantastic, but possibly safer.... I wait about 30 minutes, the time it takes to get home before logging in to evolve etc.
I was wondering how other people where going about things If they are botting in the states, Central Park etc and living in the UK, how long do you wait before loggin in on your phone if at all.
do you compensate for travel time?
just curious, I'll probably stick to what i'm doing.

I usualy don't wait.. I bot in Tokyo then move the bot to my hometown where I will get softban but the bot will unban you in seconds then I log out and log in with my phone and voila!

It's probably not realy safe but I cant be bother waiting..

I have botted for 3 days now and I have been in Australia, England, USA (East and West) and Canada and I have not received any softban or ban. I don't think it's the safest way to do it, but as Karalho says I can't be asked to wait
