How long do blizzard keep billing information for?

So hey, I've been separating my accounts billing information preventing getting banned has worked so far and was wondering how long they keep the history of like billing information for as i know they keep logs for transfers for like 3 months, I'm wondering would my billing information still be on log from the end of 09? or is it deleted like everything else after a certain period this is US Servers BTW..

Fair enough, I've heard rumors before but i can't quite remember the exact details hence my question =p

They are required to keep it they are for law purposes... Credit card info it kepted for good does not matter if u change the info or not they are required to keep that if it is required by the law at anytime what so ever and they have to give it to a judge they tell u this when u give this sort of info
