How long between disabled login and receiving an email?

I currently can't log into my accounts, I get disconnected right away (it just says I've been disconnected from the server)

I have not received any emails from Blizzard.


If someone is banned or suspended does it give you an actual message when you try to log in? (telling you that your acount is disabled).

I am not sure if I'm having an ISP issue or if I just got banned :/

Phew it was just a wow issue.

But still curious what exactly happens when you get suspended or banned?
