How does Blizzard have the right to scan your personal computer for other software?

Blizzard did this for one reason. They kicked long standing members to get them to pay for the game again on another account.

If you read their forums, they did it because people are always blaming bots for losing BGs etc.... and Blizzard assumed this is why everyone quit during Q1.... instead of realizing their expansion pack sucked. Garrisons are an utter failure and completely boring, especially if you have to do them on multiple characters.

for the last 2 months that's about all I did on my main. at one point i couldnt because GarrisonButler broke for a short time. ive been botting NWO for shits n gigs and trying out other MMOs. I dont mind losing my bot accounts, but i dont like losing my main even though i wasnt really playing.

HB staff said they think its detected tho so im gonna go with them

im not saying hb is not detectable. im saying the detection method wasnt active today. ive got one account standing in org right now that would agree with me. and it was botting right along with a couple grim bots. two went offline, one stayed botting for a bit before i shut it down. it wasnt even immediately either. when i went to relog my pallies, i saw them banned. i came to the forums and saw the ban posts, thought it was just the same ol rabble rousers but after reading posts for a bit, i shut down my quester.

that account was activated 5/7/15 and has been botting every single day since. botted through the bans today. so yeah, i gotta think they werent detecting today, or are kinda shitty at their job.
