How does Blizz detect bots?

Hey guys, I am kind of new to HB, and I was wondering something. I used to use MMOGlider, and I got hit by the huge banwave earlier this year. When using that bgbot, I noticed when I opened a chat bar, the bot would type stuff really fast. With Honorbuddy, It does not do that. I know the bulk of bans comes from player reports, but how does Blizz catch us? even if we aren't botting at the time can they prove we were?

this is how people are usually caught:: Warden (software) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

and another way is people leave their bot running for like 18 hours, then they get home and its RAID TIME for them, they stop the bot and raid which brings you to being on your acct to a good 22 hours. People get greedy and get caught. the MAXIMUM time i bot on any given session is 12 hours or less. I dont spam the auction house with 100+ listings, thats another way to draw attention to you. I advertise in trade and sell my stuff that way. Spread it around to a few people. Anyways this is my opinion. If someone disagrees please tell me why.
 
Other ways are player reports and botting a dozen instances of WoW from the same IP.
 
Report from players, warden.
Your online time, if you play normal whole day and bot whole night or bot whole day in same content etc they will catch you right away.
Auctions, if you put 100 stacks at AH every second day you will be caught, get private buyers.
Try to bot when you would actually normally be playing, if you can talk in guild once in a while or whisper anyone. ( YES blizzard can watch your messages, so you dont talk about bot ingame etc )
Try to reply when someone whisper you.
And dont be at the same spot every day for 12 hours.

2. Your online time.
3. Warden does not do a damn.Its just to scare players.

Maybe we botter dont need to care about warden anymore, those hackers do for sure. :P

I meant honorbuddy of course. But still I in the past I have used many hacks like LUA unlocker and it wasn't detected by warden.

Yea ive used injections like run speed and wall climb etc and I didn't get banned. Its called being lucky. Its like running a red like 25 times and not being SEEN by the police. Do it enough times and you'll get caught. Belive me, Warden DOES do something.
