How do you price items on the AH?

Hey guys i made my first A3 barb 2-3 days ago. Build nice non dieing barb (0-1 deaths) however other than the MF buff from 20lvl paragorn i have no other MF.
I was on budget with around 14-18 mil, so i just managed to cover the defense and dmg part(32k unbuff). As a result i am getting ton of items, but very few that go to the stash(we are talking around 3 items for 8 hours).
But even the small number of items i get i can't sell on the AH. Right now i have 15 auctions running, on the items i have found so far. Yet they don't sell even for 1 mil.
Now i don't think my items are full of crap not worthy a million.
For example gloves with 178 dex 69 AR 34 frost res and 80 vit and 12% GF didn't manage to sell, even though i had a bit placed on them for 800k and 1,5mil buy. Only way i can sell item such as these are if i put only a bid on vendor price and the max they sell are 50k. (tried with 2-3 items as the one i described and sold for 30-50k).
Hell i didn't manage to sell a 2h with 1100dps with 280 dex for 1,5 mil.

I don't know maybe i am all wrong in my selling price and ideas, and the items that I view as good are crap,but farming 8 hours for 3-4 items that sell for 50k is not exactly profitable and worth it. I hope this is because of my low MF and that with more Para i will fix it. Because my income is generally coming from the 120k GPH i get running the bot.

Can some people with more experience give me a hand and say what kind of items(stats) are they selling for how much gold. I know that main stat,vit, crit chance and dmg sell for ton, but any other affixes that are really good? Should i just post items on bits and really people will judge my items and buy at a competitive price, or is this tactic just a waist of gold and i should really on buys mostly. I can't figure anything with current AH prices i see items like mine for 10 mil but if i filter prices i can also see identical items for 100k.


So as the as the title asks, how do you guys price your items? What sells good and fast and what not so much? Have you seen a huge increase with the increase of MF in bought item quality and quantity, what was the % when you started to notice a difference?

tldr, just gonna answer to ur title. If you plan on boting with multiple accounts just put the items with the automated starting bid and let the majority decide what the item is worth. Offc this only applies to mid-tier items. The set/legendaries that go for 10M + post them on them rmah with apropriate buyout offc. Sure you can post with starting bid and buyout lower than all on the ah, but that wont guarantee that all will sell, in 5 days you will have full stash and no slots on the ah...

Rares go on AH for 10k bid, set/legendary pieces on RMAH.

Vendor price as Starting Bid even the legendaries and I let players decide lol after 4-8 hrs of no bid i vendor it.

Cmon man your a botter. i sell 7 out of 10 items i stash, its really easy, i think this way = Since i didnt actually spend my OWN time, on grinding these items, its easyer for me to undercut prices, . Sometimes to get items sold i'd have to undercut 50% . Anyway new patch / items comming soon so AH is not that active, but its possible

Those gloves and 2 hander are basically insta-vendor for me.

1200 DPS and 280 dex? I bought a 1200 DPS, 1.8k LOH, 190 Crit DMG, 100+ Str/Vit for 250k 2h when I was screwing around with a 2 hand rend build.

Gloves will need 75+ main stat, 50+ vit (or 150+ main stat), 6+ crit or 6+ attk speed, 50+ AR or 25+ crit dmg or crit/attk speed to even be considered.

i normally do some price check and price the item 10-20% lower. then every time i log in and if it is still there i'll lower the price; even half the price sometimes. continue to do this until it is worth less than 100k then i'll vendor it.
