How do you handle blues?

Hey, I am running a monk, 85k DPS, 150% magic/gold find, Para 20 farming Act 3 with MP 1.
How do people handle blues? Are they worth picking up for the essences and other mats or should I be passing on them? I have been passing on them trying to reduce the number of town runs and up my EXP/hour and Games/Hour, but is this the best way?

lol...dick, no blues are trash dont pick them up, the mats arent even worth anything atm. Only grab ilvl63, jewelry and leg.
