How do you gear your 90s with HB?

Do you guys have any suggestions on getting my 90s geared? My Rogue right now can't even do heroics, but will be able to soon, are there any good profiles that are preferably afkable (for at least a few hours) that can help me get better gear?

Scenarios are worth your time these days?

I just buy the low pvp gear and then do LFR/HC's and use BGbuddy. (only AV and EOTS)

Scenarios has a chance to give you an 516 ilvl item so it can be worth it

My first 3 chars were solely geared by running BGBuddy till I was able to get all the Malevolent geared, thus reaching approximately 476ilvl, then LFR and so on. But on my latest one, i found it far more rapid to just do all the World Bosses (got 2 items) and then as a healer, which i am, spam HC Dungeons and then LFR. Gearing through the later way was FAR MORE fast than BGing. Btw make sure to the fucking TEDIOUS troll like quest, since you get 502ilvl boots, which boost significantly your total ilvl.
