How do I change the end of dungeon timer to not leave within 5-10 seconds to make it a longer length?

I've missed out on loot several times on the last boss because of this short leave timer.

I've tried looking myself. But, I cannot find it.

you cannot. its a known issue with dungeonbuddy that should be resolved in the next version or so.
what you can do is report the issue in the dungeonbuddy thread (if you like) so the developer has more to work with.
