How do I setup Dungeonbuddy to Raf?

I'm trying to have both of my linked raf accounts do dungeons together, I have 2 sessions and 2 accounts.. On the follow account I have it set to Mixed Mode Party/Dungeonbuddy and on the leader I just have it set to Dungeonbuddy? is this the right setup? It sometimes Ques up but the follower does not accept the invite. How can I fix this?

i?ve a problem,.... well look I?ve Raf and will level in dungeons ..... Ok it?s all Ok but when i become inv, come this -.- its sooo fucking kidding me
