How do I run HB through HB Relog?

Hey I was told if I have windows 8 I could just run HB through HB Relog? I downloaded relog etc but I do not get how to run Hb THROUGH HB Relog. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Where is the problem? There is an arelog guide which is basicly the same procedure to add accounts and schedules etc.

probably he is on Win8,thats why he wants to use Hbrelog
