How do I quest in Waste Lands?

I just dinged 89 and when I try run the dreadwastes quest profile it says I need to be 90 to run the profile and it also says to be 89 minimum. Now what baffles me is why would you have to be level 90 to run the profile when you don't need to quest there anymore? abit silly. Any ideas how to run the profile or if it even runs at all?

I am assumeing thats a flying profile since that part is on the Great wall of MOP.
if your not 90, you can't fly in MOP...
if you can't fly, the script won't run.

Questing there gives you rep I believe which is used to turn in valor points, but i could be wrong.

You could have someone fly you there, and try ground mode, and maybe even try downloading a ground mode script if your current script is not working.
