how do i load a profile..

How do i load a profile. ive read the tutorial my screen doesnt pop up a search for profile all i have under the load tab is open sceduler,web resorce, or recent. im failing so hard to load up this profile. been trying for like a hour it cant be this hard.

Hit Load.
Navigate to where you downloaded the profile.
Select it.
Press open.
