how do I level up?

hello friends, i just bought the bot for the first time, the bot is down right now but I wanted to know already what will I have to do to level up my char from 100-110 ? Im an elemental shaman right now in azshara

Will I have to download a profile ? which one ?

You can download custom profiles, or just use the questing profile pack provided with the bot. Will take you from 100-110 while completing the quest chains for each zone (Except Suromar)

If you're stuck whilst bot is down - Torrent the Zygor addon.
It provides waypoints and quest order to level in the quickest possible way.
