So I got the bot setup and can run everything smootly but how do i get started into serious farming? I have a level 60 SC wizard with sub-par gear that dies on act 1 inferno, seems to do hell just fine. I have other characters that are pretty low besides a 58 HC witch doctor. My question is how do I gear up to start farming inferno, where do I get the gear or gold to buy gear when I only have 100k gold and an undergeared wizard. What profiles can I run to farm better gear or gold? It's been so long since I have played and I don't know any of the current tactics.

1) Get gold from Hell/Nightmare runs.
2) Equip your chars with items in the Auction House.
3) Profit!
If you have 100k gold, I can asume you've already bought useless items from the AH, so don't do that anymore. Try to equip one character to be able to clear Act 1 Inferno MP0 as with that one, you will be able to begin farming items/money for the rest of them. Also take note that DB handles ranged and melee more or less equaly, so you need to have a tanky wizzard (20-30k HP, 400AR minimum to be able to survive without much deaths).

Can do in steps. Slowly buy gold find gear. Farm hell act3 MP 10. Till can get better inferno gear. Or put about $50 into game. Buy all good inferno gear. Jump straight to farming and hope to make that $50 back, plus more.
Just depends on time, money available.
On my gold find DH was making about 300k gph on hell act MP10. But was taking too long so invested the $50. Within 3 days found 1 item sold for $20.

Is there a plugin that will determine what gear from hell act3 will sell well? I was never good at determining stats and right now it looks like Giles just sells everything. I never spent my money on foolish things it's just when I played back it first came out and rushed to 60 I only made 1m and spent it on gear that was good back then.
OK if I do make that investment how do I determine which gear is worth it? Which character is the best farmer at max level and I assume I make a return by getting rare drops and posting them on d2jsp? my wiz is doing decent on Act3 MP10 heart of the damned
