How do I figure out what's most profitable on my server?

Hi! Like the title says, I want to know what to look for and such on my server and it's market to figure out what's most profitable to gather/make/whatever.
My character is full herbalism/mining at the moment and I just started botting so I'm eager to start earning some gold.

Thanks, I have been using that a lot today looking at ores but the problem is that I don't really know what's actually selling. For example; titanium ore on my server sells for 400g per stack but the maximum amount on the market at one time is around 300 units.. I don't really know how to interpret all this information.

EDIT: Also I have no idea how to know if it's profitable to process my raw minerals.

Waawww, didn't knew this existed.

Looking at my Realms sellers my banker toon is actually number 2 on the entire server ;O.... might slow down with m 800~ auctions a day.
