How do i change my settings on hearthbuddy? plz help

I am new at hearthbuddy and saw in a guide that i should craft a mage deck, which i did, and change the settings to HearthBuddy\Routines\DefaultRoutine\DefaultRoutine.cs (mulligan + calculation tweaks). I have no idea have to do this, but i would really to know how to do. If any of you guys know how, please let me know, Thanks :D!
