How do I Blacklist nodes with gb2

this is the area where the 4 mobs spawn along the river in uldum.

I have that in my profile not sure if its right , could someone plz help me out with it
ive only had trouble with trying to blackspot area's with gb2.
still kinda new to it all ,just cant seem to get it to work.
