How do germans bot?

How do german botters manage? I mean no questing bot, not gethering bot, no proffestion bot, how on earth do they manage to bot quests and farm minning and herbing and all other stuff?

Also, the Germans are only short three of the ten or so available bots that ship with Honorbuddy. All the bots serve a purpose.
