How can you get banned using GB?

HonorBuddy, reports by other players due to non-human like behaviors (i.e. stuck, grinding same place over and over again, etc.)

GatherBuddy... ???

It moves across a huge section (some profiles, the whole Northrend), at a great deal of speed, never stopping/slowing down 'cept for the veins itself, and even that, at under 3 seconds.



How can you possibly be banned by using GatherBuddy?



P.S. Assuming not economic suspension/ban (selling gold, screwing up economy by AH, etc.), or warden bot detection ban.
 
Player reports.

Same guy, same zone, all day long, never responding , stuck in trees/walls.

That would pretty much give you away :)
 
1-300 is actually quite an easy way to get banned.

But once your flying, you dont get banned. If you play it safe, IE botting 15 hours a day instead of 24, and using a big profile helps, like the massive zone one tony made (ithink?) covers 3-4 zones, so you dont get seen all day in one.
 
People know GB flys straight up, and some people will see how long a person is on in the same zone, so gb can get player reports aswell

I don't understand how anyone would report you. Using the "multi-profile" and going multiple zones (i.e. the whole Northrend), the same zone won't be a problem. "Never responding" = not a problem since who will whisper you...? Stuck in trees/walls, that seems like a problem... GB doesn't have a "what to do when stuck" coding? I haven't bought GB yet, but seeing how my DK reached 80, thinking about it...

Of course. I plan on doing 1-300 supervised.

I fly straight up when I steal mobs//attempt a gank... I don't want to fly any other direction but up THAN move about... (this is w/ my actual private char)

i get 0-10 pm's on each toon every run (15~ hours)

Some of them are gold sellers...some are people asking for help, or some others who are pissed cause you stole their node (even though i have "ninja nodes" ticked off).
I even got a guy once pm'ing me with like... "botting again tonight?" "stupid botfuck" >_>

It depends on the realm you're botting on..and on the profile you're using (found 3 bots running next to one of my toons)
 
It always pays to create a second farmer in the same account. You can switch them up.
 
Someone said "Staying online too often = ban" incorrect my farmer is online 24/7 and no ban, this has been for like 3 weeks straight ( besides when Gb and WOW crashes its 24/7) I get few whispers too
 
Botting too long will get you banned - and yes, even if you've gone 2-3 weeks with 24/7 botting, you will get banned.

I did 24/7 every day for a month, right after I bought GB, 3 months later I did 24/7 for a few weeks again, still no ban.

please explain how someone that has botted for 6months straight has not been banned? lawl. I hope you get banned for being a noobtoob
