How can I use Plug-ins only?

Hey, I used to be able to do it but I have been away from the WoW scene for a while now and I've tried searching and downloaded a blank bot base but it wouldn't work for me.

What I'm trying to do is basically only use plug-ins I do not want to use singular (i don't want the bot to do anything for me or use any abilities) I only want to use the "auto interrupt" Plug-In.

You can use the Blank Botbase, found under Botbase's. Then only plugins will be used.

Where can I get the Blank Botbase? I can't find it with search or in the store.
