How can I solve this connection problem?

When I start demonbuddy, and loading complete - > I click start button then My character goes into nephalemrift or greatrift

-> and the Messages showing terminating in xxseconds and turn off my diablo client and demonbuddy.


where this problem come from? please help me..
(my friends needs)

He tried format his computer, it's the same..

Does this from ip ban?

his ip adress is 39.118.201.9 (korea) apartment
