How can I make my barb stronger?

you might want to edit out your toons link in your post.
you dont want to give anyone an opportunity to identify you.

that being said,

you could try your hand at crafting some of the shoulders, amulets, bracers and gloves to see if you can get an upgrade.
I am currently using
Ice Climbers for the barbs boots,
Inna's Temperance for the pants,
Chest and Belt are the only 2 I have that are Immortal Kings set pieces.
Mempo of Twilight for the helm,
and a couple of rare rings.
Crafted shoulders, amulets, bracers and gloves.

I usually farm mp5, its fast and make good gold and lots of legendaries.

Thanks a lot :) I'll try those out.

Also, I'm only Paragon level 11... is there somewhere i should go that may be really good exp, but not so good drops, until I get a higher paragon level good enough for farming? or should I Just farm and let the exp come with it/
I'm using an act 1weeping hollow profile at the moment, and i'm getting like .5 legendaries an hour, and 6m exp an hour, and only about 100kgold
 
I like act 1, weeping hollow, festering woods, fields of misery.

I usually just hang out in fields of misery, lots of mobs, xp, and loot.

dont crank up the MP too high, make sure you can get through it fairly quick and easy.
