How can i get my character to eat or drink while grinding

Just wondering how can I make my character eat or drink when his health / mana is low when grinding

Settings & Tools > Advanced Mode > Vendors > Drink Amount (Move slider to how many you want) + Food Amount (Move slider to how many you want).

Should eat/drink when low also buys appropriate food for your level. Enjoy.
