how can i farm good gems?

ye i have my full inna's set for my monk but i only have like 100 dexterity gems where can i farm the 280 dexterity gems? my paragon lvl is only 401 atm i started late but i do only solo bot games

ye got it 160 dexterity is the higest i can get now my monk is getting evry day better gear stil using the full inna's set with another shoulder etc and higer paragon now 410 almost soon i wil stream again im checking witch Torment i can get now is torment 9 lvl 5 i tryed lvl 37 solo but that is stil to high for me 37 t9 is it possible to do higher grift solo as a monk i tryed lvl 37 but im not able yet to do solo i gues my build maybe u could give me one for lvl 37 solo monk that would be great.
