How can I avoid being flagged by blizzard

read a thread from one of guide in here [GUIDE] Known/Theory Flags by Blizzard point No.6 said : "6. Using multiple accounts across multiple computer on 1 IP Address flags all accounts as ban reports bla bla bla...any idea how to make the connection have a different IP, even though its came from one ISP ? i'm really curios about this
