How avoid ban?

Hi guys, i'm botting from some days.
My question is quite simple: how can blizzard detect we are botting?
Yep, prolly it's a stupid question but.. Can we do something for reduce the risk to ne flagged as no-human?
Chat sometimes could help?
Stop the bot some hours per day could help?
Make a particular action?

answer is simple - bot as long as possible!
I am botting 24h/day since middle of 2013, 4bots, I use almost all the time same ip - I am lucky so far!
I know a guy who is botting the same method with 20 bots since January and is still in business.

Another friend was botting only few hours a week and he received a ban...conclusion - there is no method which can you make you safe - it is all about luck!

Bot 24h/day or die!

I don't got the point... why 24hrs bot should be safer than a 2 hours/day bot?
 
It is not. The only way to be safe is to not bot at all. The old rule is never bot on an account you cannot afford to lose.
 
I did not say it's safer...

In my opinion there is no magic method to avoid ban - if you are unlucky you can get a ban after 2 hours of using a bot...
 
I do not think there is any person who knows how they can detect you - except Blizzard workers :)

I have even friend who received a ban when he was sitting in front of the computer and playing he's own character - he was using a bot only time to time.
There was no admin who joined to game, there was no person who was chatting with him.
 
only one thing i know about how to reduce the chance to get banned - do not use ApocD3 started or soft like this - start many diablo3 from one folder
for botting or for multiboxing, whatever. This soft is detectable and you will get banned soon i think

I'm keepingkm all D3 in different folders, DB on different disc and even start profile from four different folders.
 
I?ve been botting 24/7 on 10 accounts since dec.2012.. I don?t think blizzard puts the same effort and resources into banning people anymore, why would they? RoS will make it almost pointless to bot, blizzard knows the botting days as we know them, are comming to an end.

D3 is a game which does not exist without botting!
New blizz is greedy and they will give us a chance to launch more and more bots, you will see!

You either show us your logs and provide proof or you're just full of shit.
 
Very good theories, but sadly on every game we won't know for sure without real evidence what the server side scripts check... keep in mind that even if that did happen they would simply change the script.

Plenty of people have been botting without getting banned one single time, since that banwave back dec.2012.. You would have known that, if you had kept yourself up to date on whats going on.
Why would anyone answer to the demand of logs and evidence, from someone who is clearly a rookie and haven?t got a clue?

some lucky botters got 1 account which is maybe listed in the top10 or top100 elite-mob-killers...

You're judging me by my postcount even tho I've been using this bot way longer than you have, so there's that you smart person.
Also, you claim you bot 24/7, you do not want to show proof either. That backs up your claim, now does it?
