horrible performance

wondering where this is coming from.

using TuanH hunter. And in bg, im at 50-60 fps / 11 ms, but still looks
like im laggin like a *****.

Using Enyo with 15 hardlock. But same happens on combat bot, lazyraider and raidbot.

When it gets crowded, 5 + people, i can hardly move.

It's just unplayable.

edit: yes its the same with singular.

Its weird, cause when im using enyo and accessary ( hunter ) it runs smooth as hell.

Starts to get lame tbh, every time i got a char geared and
enjoy it something like this happens, switched from monk ( sad cr support ) to
druid ( even worse cr support ) to priest ( o reponse and 0 cr support ) to hunter now
( massive lag ).

I dont get it, reinstalled windows some weeks ago, reinstalled wow, the bot.
Everything that comes with it.

And again, problems.

No clue what i can try to fix it ?
