I've been using this for a little while now, and the farmer is pretty great. It has worked perfectly so far except for a minor EXP calculation bug. I do have a suggestion about transferring pokemon though.
I like to horde pokemon and then evolve them all with a lucky egg. Is there anyway to add any of the below?
What I mean in the first option is for it to check how many candies you have, and then adjust for the transfers.
For example, if I have 100 ratatta candies, it will keep my highest 4 Ratattas (Since they take 25 candies each to evolve).
Another good option instead of the above, would be to have a UI that allows you to select the pokemon you want to transfer from your bag, and it will transfer them one by one until completed.

- Transfer lowest (IV or CP) pokemon (CP for now just for the sake of getting the feature in?), keeping highest based on candies.
- Open Pokemon bag and select all the ones you want to transfer
