Honourbuddy.exe wont open

HB downloaded and installed with no problems, but when i go to open it, it comes up with this error.

"To run this appplication,you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET framework: .NETFramework,version=v4.5.1"

However I cant download this because it is for vista, and my pc is running windows xp still.

Not sure what to do, i have already updated netframework.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

then i am afraid it has to do with your OS,a glitch or something
