Honour Buddy and resting.

I have no problem really with this, although, i am wondering if its possible to make Honour buddy rest for at least X amount of seconds, so then its possible for them to get food buffs.

This should be in a plugin. I've already talked about such a plugin that would control trinkets, potions, flasks, buff foods, seasonal buffs, etc.

So far only a trinket plugin has come out. Hopefully it can be expanded on soon.
