Hi, Baztang89,

Anytime you ask for help in the forums, we need to see a log, to see what's actually happening.

In the meantime, I'll hazard a guess...
You failed to properly install or update one of the requirements called out in the Honorbuddy release thread.

You can probably correct this by running the tool in "Problems with a new install of a Buddy product?" as Windoze admin. If that doesn't fix you up, please attach your log.
