honorhuddy isnt working ); help please

i log in to honor buddy and it works for like 20 minutes and then for no reason at all it logs me out of honor buddy and it says that it is maxed out on sessions. this lasts for about 3 minutes and then it logs me in again and after 20 minutes it happens all over again. please help it was working last week now all of a sudden it doesnt.

add an exception on your firewall for Hb


also when you get max sessions msg log in auth portal and kill your session
