My suspended account is unlocked on November 15th. So even if a new and secure version of HB was out right now, I couldn't use it on my old mains. Sure I create a new account and start the whole WoD journey from scratch, but should I have to??

Depends on what you do in WoW. If you raid it doesnt make sense, cause you´ll cant catch up with the "legendary" Ring.
