Honorbuddy won't install - log attached

Used the most recent installer exe and here is my log. It will not install. I am doing a fresh install because of problems on this computer with the old install. It would not load items from the buddy store. Now it just won't install. Here is the log:

Hi mate.

2 things:
First you're in the wrong forum, you need to post this in the SUPPORT forum : click me
Second, for the devs to trouble shoot your issue you actually have to attach a full file. Click here for instructions on how to attach a, full, log file.

Try right clicking on the installer and selecting "Run as administrator"
 
I can't attach a log file per the directions, because there are NO honorbuddy folders, because IT WILL NOT INSTALL. This is the "log file" link that honorbuddy provided when the install failed. Your instructions say to go to folders in the install directory..... I have no install directory.... because it will not install.... hence my problem
 
Right click ON THE INSTALLER (the exe) and run IT as administrator.

Do I think this will fix the problem? It's a shot.
Would you be better in the other forum? Yeah, I imagine Tony will close the thread and tell you to do so ... I was just trying to help prior to that.
