Honorbuddy won't even start ;'(

Hello!
I just completely removed and installed windows again.. Same with wow obviously.
But now honorbuddy won't run at all, and i've done the exact same as i usually have.
As soon as i start honorbuddy, i get a message:

"Honorbuddy has encountered a problem.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Now this happens twice, and i cant send an error report, it just says:

"Trasnsferring report. (ERR This application has submitted too many reports."

Now i get all of these error messages twice.

Please help me out, cause i've tried everything!

I don't know if its possible to attach a log, when the program won't even start ? ;o

I am also having the same issue as the above poster. Here is the image of the message I get. Also when i close the error dialog I go into task manager and I see it has HB running. But its not really running because I can't do anything with it.

I found another thread with someone having the same issue. I downloaded the file you gave Tony and it worked for me, so it should work for NKE too.
