Honorbuddy wont connect

I can load the the game and it works fine, but trying to get honorbuddy to load it states unable to connect to servers

Have hopefully attached both logs, this was a completely fresh install with no added routines or anything

I have no idea how to make the exemption for this i read the post but no clue where to start any ideas?
