Honorbuddy Windows 10 Problem

Hey

I think my windows defender broke honorbuddy today, whenever I had windows defender turned on it was deleting the exe in the past 3 days, and now it completely blocked it I cant start Honorbuddy even if I disable everything ie defender, smart screen etc and still whenever I click honorbuddy.exe it says" This application won't work, contact owner of the application bla bla.. (in blue border) "

I downloaded fresh version and still same thing...

Can someone help me please

I know!! I have whitelisted it in windows defender, I even disabled windows defender + firewall + smart screen and STILL! The windows is not letting my turn the app on! It says what I wrote whenever I run the .exe!!

Ive done that and still it gives me windows 10 popup blue screen that it is not allowing me to run the application and I should contact the maker (?)
