Honorbuddy will not connect

I have been using HB with no issues for the last couple of weeks. However, today I have been able to login or connect the store all day.

Disabled everything security related. I am from California, USA. It started working again last night. However, this morning I am getting the same problem again.

are you on a wireless or limited network?
