My honorbuddy only starts with launcher. If I close the program and try to open with " honorbuddy.exe ", the program crashes

Yep, you didn't do a clean install as you are supposed too and copied over some bad behaviors.

never ever use the updater or copy a new build over an old one, just asking for trouble, set HB up from scratch everytime there is a new release, pain in the arse but the only way to make sure it works to its best.

this means that his profile is using a Behavior which is marked as deprecated and will be removed, and he should contact the creator of the profile (or if it is his own one, replace the call of SpellCastOn with the interact behavior )

Do you know if we can transfer over the "Settings" folder from an old installation to a new HB installation and not cause a problem?

Would things still work or might cause undesired effects?

Yes and no. I always do a clean install but copy over my settings folder. Unless CRs get changed and take out/add/change settings. Then you may have issues.

Hey everyone, I've been having the same issue as some other people on here since I downloaded the update. New install and switched WoW to DX9 and nothing changes. I thought it might be something on my computer then, but I just can't seem to figure it out, so thought I would ask for some help. For some reason It's taking over 20 mins to upload a log that is 0.16KB's so I will just paste in word for word this is what my log says. Hopefully someone can help me out.

Change it to DirectX9 instead of 11 and it should work.

changing it to direct9x did not work fdid the same thing. ill start it with the launcher, log in start playing then sign in on HB and does nothing then closes out of HB

Change it to DirectX9 instead of 11 and it should work.

I have tried every method in this thread so far and nothing works, running DX9, deleted Wow-64.exe, etc. It's still the same things, the help is always appreciated, I'm just confused now lol.

I am also no computer expert but this is the way I have done it and it works
open your world of warcraft FILE, not the game, the folder where the game itself is contained
scroll and find wow-64.exe
if you do not want to delete it you can just add something at the end of the name (wow-64.exetap as an example)
After this make sure that you open the game and just before you hit the play button at the top left click on options
select open in 32 bit mode
you can select DirectX9 or X11 here (for me it does not make a difference)
This should be all you need to run the game and the bot

If trying all this and you still have issues I would check antivirus and firewall settings
