Can not open file Honorbuddy 2.5.8077.692.zip" as an archive.
"File is probably damaged or corrupted".
I have Win7 64bits, and I use 7zip or WinRAR.

The installer installs nothing when I use it. I prefer to take the .zip.

The problem I was having is that Avast is blocking the GreyMagic.dll (and a few other files) as a virus, I turned it off and added exclusions on it, and HB starts up as normal.

Still getting the exception error when I launch HB

(Running Windows XP)
I've done multiple fresh installs from the most recent HB zip
I've installed the C++2012 update
I've uninstalled and reinstalled .net 4.0
Multiple PC restarts

Made sure everything is 32 bit

What am I missing? :/

i have tried fresh instal rebot system ecc....same problem (Winxp system :()
 
ZIP link is broken for me, and also when i try to use installer when it loads i get the error that has the Send or Dont Send Report stuff.
 
Ok, I have used the http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...redist_x86.exe link to try and resolve the issue but I get a message that I must attach to a free version of wow. I used the Installer, then I deleted and tried the zip. I am using avast but i have turned it off to try and Install and getting no luck. Can someone guide me as to where I can pull the logs from the windows process so I can post the issue and get the help I need? I know where to find logs once HB is running but I dont know what to post if it doesnt start up? I hope i am posting this in right area, if not let me know I will post under support if needed?
 
Got the bot working but is not doing quest only grinding.

UPDATE: Working fine now. It just wanted to do a quest it previously ignored and had to kill its way thru to get to the quest. Working perfect now.
 
For those aving Avast and the problem with the apparently broken zip link... Try to:

- Stop avast for at least 10 minutes (I mean, use the deactivate for 10 minutes option with right click on avast icon in system tray)
- RELOAD the download page
- Re-click on zip link

If you try to click on the page without reloading, you'll incur in avast having blocked the access to that page, this is why you see the Page not found error. Or at least it was for me.
 
working fine for me (even queues again for raids) - windows 2012 server, used zip over old installation did ToT part 3-4

from my pov, if you got problems just make a fresh install without any plugins / Settings / CC?s or botbases.
if it works then add one thing after another it usally dosen?t even take 10minutes to find the error i.e. some broken settingsfile or an outdated botbase / cc.

edit: i was on build 690, 692 is now out now / build 18 for ppl who have to connect from germany ;)
 
i don't have avast and the zip is still broken for me... when using the installer i get the error that i'm using the wrong build
 
you used the right installation destination?

maybe the installed has chosen another location and your using an old shortcut -> starts old hb.
