what does this mean? ::::

i have opened 32 bit wow.
 
Make sure you are logged into your toon
And be sure to open Hb and WoW as admin.

well this morning blizzard put in like a little update or something and i been experiencing the same issue

Current WoW Build after tonights patch is #16357. Wait for an update.
