Singular-specific issues
After a discussion with Bobby53, we are no longer capturing issues here against Singular. Bobby53 has a very thorough and efficient work flow that is independent of the HBcore bug tracking process. We will just need to give him time to 'catch up' to the changes imposed by WoD. He is well aware of all the issues that people have been reporting, and just needs time to address them.

Bugs in danger of being discarded, due to lack of details

Awaiting Confirmation

Cannot reproduce
Bugs marked as "cannot reproduce" are usually due to problems with your particular Honorbuddy installation. For instance, third-party products that are not working correctly—you should disable Buddy Store streaming for all products. Another cause is interference from external programs or addons. Your best way to recovering from this always starts with a clean install.
If you continue to experience problems after conducting a 'clean install', and disabling the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store, you should seek help in the Support forum with your log that captures the issue.

Post dispositions
These posts have been archived for the reasons stated here.

Problem should be resolved in the Support forum
Your problem can probably easily be resolved with a clean install, and turning off the use of all third-party products—including all products from the Buddy Store. There is a strong chance the repair for your issue resides in the Honorbuddy:HelpDesk. However, if you are unable to resolve the problem using these resources, then by all means make a new post in the Support forum. And please, don't forget to attach your full, unedited log that captures the issue

Using third-party products that have not been updated for pre-WoD
Once again, we draw your attention to the bright red letters in the first post that are easy to overlook

Missing critical information (logs, screenshots, etc.)
Your post may also be archived "without comment" for this reason. The posts listed here made an effort to report the problem, but the information provided was insufficient to create a bug report (e.g., wrong log, partial log, screenshot needed, etc)

Didn't check the "Known Issues" list

Log is not against the current release

running 2 man team, leader ques follower doesn't . attached log
Hi, Grayyizzle,

We are unable to act on partial logs. If the problem happens again, please use the Support forum, and supply a full, unedited log of the issue.

cheers,
chinajade

DungeonBuddy fails at doing a vendor/repair run. It always tries to navigate to a vendor miles away from the bot's current position, fails, then tries again several times a second, ad infinitum. Restarting, reinstalling did not help.

Hi, Tarathiel2, and MANY thanks for the log.

We've opened HB-1608 ("Stormstout Brewery: Navigation problem causes DungeonBuddy to blacklist all vendors") against this issue.

cheers,
chinajade

Yes EscortGroup Behavior is Broken:
Hi, MaxMuster,

EscortGroup has not been modified. This looks like a problem being caused by the WoWclient lieing about the completion status. Will leave this problem to be worked out through the normal Community Developer channels.

cheers,
chinajade

I do not know if im suppose to report this here or another thread but since the most recent update I can no longer use kicks questing profile

Hi, Blankduck18, and thanks for the log!

Kick's profiles are still under very heavy development, and it looks like a simple editing error was made in one of the pushes. El Fuego is spot on in that problems with Kick's profiles need to be reported to his thread. But, our guess is the problem has already been rectified.

cheers,
chinajade

this release is killing my cpu. unplayable, those spikes freezes wow ingame. also tuanha's healing routines are so slow it's practically useless.
Hi, Millalinh19, and thanks for the log!

You are using a third-party bot and a third-party Combat Routine. Please repeat the problem using only Honorbuddy-shipped facilities, and open a new thread in the Support forum if you are able to replicate the problem using stock Honorbuddy.

If you prefer to use the third-party facilities, you will need to work with the corresponding third-party developers to resolve the problem.

cheers,
chinajade

Receiving crashes using the latest release of HB with TuanHA and a fresh install with no added plugins.

The only thing I have added is the latest revision of LazyRaider (which I'm not using)

I have attempted to use the bot several times with a straight fresh install + Singluar routine and still receiving the same issue regardless of which toon/bot base/profile I use.

WoW crashes both randomly and occasionally when I alt-tab between windows.

Leaving the bot running in the background seems to work okay but eventually it hits a spot where I need to assist the bot, often resulting in a crash.

Attached log below.

Thanks in advance.
Hi, Zacb1, and thanks for the log.

This is issue HB-1605 on the '.759 Known Bugs List. In the meantime, work around the problem by picking up The Secrets of Gorgrond (The Secrets of Gorgrond - Quest - World of Warcraft) manually.

cheers,
chinajade

I dont know what exactly changed in new release. but my necessary QuestBehavior now takes too much time to execute action. Before update i had something like
RunTo X Y Z
Custombehavior file "Behavior"

Now this behavior is mega laggy. i thinking about even donation to someone who can solve my extremelly big problem. Because my farm now is 50% worse than before update.
Where can i post my log file, to being sneaky for other users, because it's secret technology ))
more interesting: On Eu servers it's less laggy. almost like before. On Russian servers very bad

Any idea when a full release will occur; Vendors haven't been working properly this build. I've reported it to the profile author; support section as well as done all the trouble shooting you can imagine.

Hi Chinajade,

My issue was actually the crashes, not the quest in the log.
That was merely where my bot got up to when I logged in.

It is crashing regardless of what character I am on/quest/bot base I am using.

This isn't exclusive to questing. This is just a general bug with the bot itself.

It happens far too often now to the point where I have to alt tab from my client and leave it out of focus in fear of crashing it again.

Any further help would be awesome.

Thanks.

when can we expect the "quest pick up" issue to be fixed? it's impossible to level a low-level toon (lvl 12-60) with kicks at the moment due to this issue. toon doesn't pick up quests which require moving to the NPC. bot is just spamming "Moving to Type: QuestPickUp" while toon is standing around doing nothing.

I have a problem with Proffession buddy.
When i use it with AHBuddy it cannot posts items to ah, it says " Internal Auction error "
What to do?
Logs attached.

It's really horrible... the vendor run doesn't work, but also if you disable in settings "auto equip", it shoudn't in theory change any of the equipment of your toon.... but in fact it DOES !!
It just sold my toon's equipment and it went down from 470 to 300, equiping grey items...
Quick repair plz !!! :)

Hi,
As of this update, Honorbuddy is now taking up to 3-4 times as much processing power as WoW, sometimes taking up to 5% of my total CPU power in total (each HB.exe process).
I have a brand new i7 4790k, 32 gigs of RAM and this is a clean install as its on an entirely other HDD.
I didn't think it was worthy of providing a log, as others seem to have the same issue.

(Yes, I do realize that test releases aren't optimized, but I just thought it was strange that only a fraction of users seem to have this issue.)

yeah, when i reported this issue, the response was like: "don't use 3rd party bots and cr (enyo + tuanha). plz use singular and hb native bots."

don't get it wrong chinajade, i respect your work and your knowlegde, i really do. but the response was very disapointing. i know you guys can't be 100% responsible for 3rd party developments. but we're talking about enyo + tuanha, the most used combo i guess and it was working before the last update and obv. that last update broke it. i mean every time you update, you break all the routines. this can't be the fault of the 3rd party devs alone, u know? at least i expected something like: "yes the issue is known. this is a 3rd party develoment, but we're in contact with the devs."
