Never-ever-ever use the autoupdate. Always download the zip file so you always have a backup. Yes, the autoupdate in theory is a great idea but too many things can and will break. I understand for people that have 10+ accounts it's an awesome feature but only when it works. Use the autoupdate feature and afaik there is no way to downgrade. This is just another one of those things that seemed like a good idea at the time to satisfy a small amount of the user base ;)

every time a update of honorbuddy I have to fix new bugs.
every time you create new unnecessary problems.
when will this end?

i guess a few weeks before next expansion :)
HB is a very complex piece of software. it will always have bugs and they may affect some users more and some less.
 
if you had not released its interim updates....
I would have saved a lot of time!
this is not a discussion about the complexity of the product
this is a real fact of life boter!

never, because there will always be changes in wow :)
 
All the latest release chew through more memory, than 5 paralell tasks of photoshop.

Please remove Cencal cinematic for questing botbase.This is because a lot of quest need cinematic to be run.If u skip , it will cause stuck.Its ok for dungeonbuddy but not for questing.

i beileve it is ready. I think the combat routines need to be updated. Tuanha updated his not long after .758 with these changes

I havent tried it yet for healing but for questing it now targets npcs correctly.

ty for the old version - mine just hangs out and never loads completely @ startup as well.
 
I wounder if that stuck on Profile Load is my Connection or something with buddy.

WIth 757 and 758 most stuck at Profile Load =/ (I press Start and it simply do nothing)
 
just revert back to 757. 758 is a bunk release. breaks a lot of things.

wait for a new release after you revert back to 757. and be sure to click NO on auto-update when you start HB.
 
if your not using singular as cr the targeting of party and npcs is not working correctly cause they changed the api for that. .758 works fine for me since tuanha updated his custom crs. I can quest heal raids and dungeons so far everything ive tried works. Basically if you use custom routines and they dont target update them or wait from the writer of them to update them. If your having the dreaded issue of the key window not loading when you start hb make sure you do this from op.

I had honorbuddy working beofre but when WOD came out all I get is a blackscreened honorbuddy.
Now when I try install it again I get this:

Yeah, please fix this. It breaks questing early on in MoP, don't cancel cinematics when running questing...
 
Hey.

Would it be possible to copy ´the GatherBuddy2 "Farm for x hours" to the grindbot? It would save us from having to use a "relogger" just to have the bot not farm all night long, necessarily. Both bots are part of the core, so I don't really get why it's not implemented across all the core bots. :)
