Honorbuddy v2.5.11936.755

Ermm... that can be found where?
Hi, Ilja Rogoff,

Its in the same directory with the normal logfile and has the same file name as the logfile, except for an "AutoEquip" prefix. For example, a log of 3728 2014-11-14 14.12.txt has an parallel AutoEquip log file of AutoEquip 3728 2014-11-14 14.12.txt.

Apologies, I didn't realize it was a Beta-only feature. (That's all I ever run. :D ) Apparently, everything MaiN needs is in the normal log, then. So, ignore my request for the additional log.

Any way we can easily edit the stat-weights and somehow add the new stats by ourselves as a quick 'n dirty fix?

How is trinkets without actual stats on them (proc based or % effect based) valued in auto equip ?
They're not overly common but they're getting value of 0 (due to no stats i assume)
Please amend a note to the same ticket so they're aware of the issue. still got issues with autoequip equipping while disabled in settings:(
The issue is being examined. The root cause is HB-750 ("AutoEquip is not considering socket bonuses on gear"). HB-1516 will most likely be closed as a duplicate of HB-750 when the investigation completes.

"Equipping while disabled" is an unrelated issue that will require a separate bug report. We will need to see a full log before we open it, also. The one other person that reported this issue had his profile enabling AutoEquip, so it wasn't an Honorbuddy bug, but a lack of understanding on the user's part.

cheers,
chinajade

Hi, Sapcecake,

This appears to be a WoWclient bug. The screenshots are incredibly helpful, but without a log we'll be unable to chase it.

cheers,

Well i be damned, kicks profile actually enables autoequip to true, so lack of understanding on my part.
To my defense, i had to actually open kicks profile and look for the code that enables it.
Could we perhaps get some log output that its being overridden or something to notify the user.
After stopping the bot, its still disabled under settings making it essentially hidden for the user. If the profile change at least got reflected under settings, it would give a hint.

It's shown in the log as so:
[09:42:33.478 D] [UserSettings-v1581(debug)] Applied changes...
AutoEquip = True (previous: False; original: False)
Difference from user's original settings...
AutoEquip = True (originally: False)
However, this is done in diagnostics so if your log level is set higher than diagnostics it will not show you in the log UI.
The reason it's not visible after you stop the bot is that the bot restores the settings back for you.

We do believe the profile should not make this choice for you, however, so Kick's profiles will probably be changed to leave auto equip be.

With the amount of items repaired for the next release, is there any reason why it's being delayed? Wouldn't it be better for you to do more frequent updates than every 2 weeks with so many fixes done? Just curious why the delay in the release with fixes. ;)

EDIT: Feel free to archive this when you see it. Just curious, but this doesn't require a response. I'm sure you have better things to do. :p
