honorbuddy unofficial IRC channel. needs more people.

i guess they gave up on their own hosted irc.

so they put it on a public net again.

Server: irc.synirc.net:6667
Channel: #honorbuddy or #hbdev

i just wanna get word out so more will join back.
 
i am kinda of a nub but how do i use the server link u gave us?? :D
 
well since i posted this i might as well explain for nubs... IRC is a form of chat... a nerdy form of chat.
in order to use it you need a irc client. to connect to that irc server.
there is many clients out there but most of you will find. mIRC. . ill leave it at that.

mostly if you cant figure rest out from that.. u dont need to be there
 
aah yeah i tought it was a online chat that will use internet browser :P thnx for the explaning m8
 
well there is browser/java applets that let you connect to IRC servers. but IMO only noobs use stuff like that and if you guys are all useing this bot. lol a little irc client wouldnt be anything to figure out

just remember folks use your brain when you join. dont spam. dont be assholes. and try not to ask to ask questions.
 
help to keep this post bumped for a few. so we can get a user base again.
 
I'll go ahead and bump this as well!
It's a nice atmosphere, and easy way to quickly ask questions, discuss HB or just chat some!

Right now the ratio of idlers to actual chatting is a bit too high :)
 
I'm there if anyone need help with their routine or similar issues. :)
